Good quality print, but bad quality cup

The print itself is great, however the cups start to break down very fast. We have had several customers experience that the bottom of the cup dissolves leading to coffee spilling. We have not had this issue with generic store bought versions we have used before.
We will continue to purchase this item from Vistaprint if the quality of the cup itself is improved, the price is good as is the print, but we can not accept that they dissolve as quick as they do.
We have been very satisfied with the rigidity and quality of other products purchased so this was a disappointment to us.
